Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inside Sales: Process sales orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with the Yard to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Yard, Credit Manager, Outside Sales, and carriers to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of products.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare sales and daily cash reports, and maintain dispatch logs.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. The work location is one location in Oceanside. We follow current CDC guidelines for COVID-19 precautions.
