Research and Development Engineer

Talent Software Services is seeking an experienced Research and Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing new technology, products, materials, processes, or equipment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Innovative Solutions: Consistently generate innovative and unique solutions to market needs and submit idea disclosures. Your work will result in the development of new or refined products, processes, or equipment.
- Complete Complex Engineering Work: Successfully complete complex engineering work in one or more of the following areas: technology development, product design and development, test of materials or products, preparation of specifications, process study, research investigation, and report preparation.
- Design and Prepare Reports: Summarize, analyze, and draw conclusions from complex test results. Design and prepare complex reports to communicate results to the technical community.
- Coordinate Engineering Tests: Design and coordinate complex engineering tests and experiments. Coordinate, manage, and document project goals and progress and recommend appropriate revisions.
- Assess Feasibility: Assess the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering evaluation tests, products, or equipment.
- Interface with Stakeholders: Interface with physicians/cath lab personnel to obtain feedback on concepts and performance of new devices.
- Translate Customer Needs: Translate customer needs into product requirements and design specifications.
- Ensure Quality: Build quality into all aspects of your work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
- 5 - 8 Years with BS, 3 - 6 Years with MS, 0 - 3 Years with PhD
- Experience with chemical processing and/or aseptic processing and associated equipment preferred.
- Prototyping of fixtures/parts and test method development experience are also preferred.
