Position Summary

We are in search of a motivated Investor Relations Associate eager to learn and develop professionally. This role is vital in supporting the Capital Markets team by managing, nurturing, and expanding investor relationships, contributing significantly to the company's success. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in finance, real estate, and investment, along with experience in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with current and potential investors. Deliver exceptional support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.
  • Financial Acumen: Grasp the concepts of Private and Public Investments and their application in investor portfolios. Learn to analyze and interpret Real Estate proformas, expected returns, Private Investment documents, and other relevant materials, effectively communicating insights to investors. Prepare comprehensive investor presentations and reports.
  • Business Development: Assist in identifying potential investment partnerships and conducting thorough market research to support business growth.
  • Effective Communication: Establish and maintain open communication channels with investors, including regular updates and meetings via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Data Management: Oversee investor databases, ensuring accurate and current records are maintained.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to the investor relations team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing investor events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong enthusiasm for understanding financial markets, investment strategies, and the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in business development or a similar field is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for the real estate or finance industry.
