Job Summary:

The Stakeholder Relations Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with state EMS officials, Federal and military partners, and EMS stakeholder organizations. This includes onboarding and coordinating with states as they integrate into National Registry systems and processes, as well as coordinating clear and consistent communications with stakeholder partners.

This position reports to the Director of Stakeholder Relations and is responsible for supporting the mission of the National Registry through the administration/coordination of all stakeholder relationships associated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with state EMS officials, Federal and military partners, and EMS stakeholder organizations
  • Onboard and coordinate with states as they integrate into National Registry systems and processes
  • Coordinate clear and consistent communications with stakeholder partners
  • Support the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Support the mission of the National Registry through the administration/coordination of all stakeholder relationships associated
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree in Health, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • 4-year degree in Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience with policy, project, or portfolio management, state legislation development/process, national association interaction, and state office official interactions
  • 5 years of experience in communications or marketing; and state legislation development/process, national association interaction, and state office official interactions required
