Human Resources Recruiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team at TD Food Group. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring that best practice recruitment and selection processes are followed via the Applicant Tracking System.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with generation and posting of advertising across various platforms to source appropriate candidates.
- Responsible for all correspondence with applicants.
- Coordinates/conducts interviews with applicants.
- Liaise with General Managers and Area Coaches to ensure job offers are communicated to applicants.
- Liaise with Employment Administrator to ensure background checks are processed.
- Launch onboarding and manage completion of correct forms and policies before hiring.
- Communicates with General Manager and Area Coaches when new hire is ready to be scheduled for orientation and first day worked in store.
- Responsible for ensuring all information is up to date and current in the Applicant Tracking System and in line with policy and legislation and best practice guidelines.
