Job Summary:

WestRock is a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and sales staff, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer specifications.
  • Initiate, track, and prioritize multiple projects, utilizing effective problem-solving skills to achieve sales and customer objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives regarding project challenges and expectations.
  • Review and verify costing and invoicing to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist sales teams in technical communications with customers, providing expert knowledge and support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or account management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product/project specifications and industry standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Reliable attendance record and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
