Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager/Guest Services Manager to join our team at InnVentures IVI LP. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of front office staff to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality performance.
  • Proactively build relationships with long-term and repeat guests to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise the ordering and inventory of front office supplies within budget and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all front desk checklists and procedures are followed and review daily work to confirm accuracy and quality.
Requirements
  • Previous hotel front desk experience with lead or supervisor responsibilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
