Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role; hospitality industry experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
