Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Newmark Ltd. As a key member of our appraisal team, you will be responsible for conducting complex appraisals of commercial properties, providing expert opinions on market value, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appraisal and Valuation: Conduct thorough appraisals of commercial properties, examining and evaluating factors such as market trends, property condition, and economic indicators to establish accurate market value.
  • Report Writing and Review: Prepare and review comprehensive appraisal reports, ensuring that they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on property valuation and appraisal.
  • Staying Current with Industry Developments: Maintain knowledge of current government regulations, zoning laws, and appraisal standards to ensure compliance and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or a related field, with a preference for Master's or MBA in Real Estate.
  • License: State-appropriate Certified General Appraiser License.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of professional experience as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
