Child Visitation Coordinator

Reports To: SV Team Lead

Hours: Full-time, evenings and weekends required

FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly

Overview: This role is essential in facilitating the interactions between parents/caregivers and their children, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and oversee visitations between parents and their children.
  • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations.
  • Evaluate parenting abilities and the quality of interactions.
  • Document observations meticulously and prepare reports for judicial review.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between caregivers and the judicial system.
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Represent the organization in community outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications: Experience with diverse populations is preferred.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry is necessary.

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Work Environment: Regular evening hours with occasional challenging circumstances.
