JOB SUMMARY

Take a leading role in the strategic planning initiatives. Design, develop, and execute strategies across all business operations, including budgeting, administration, project management, resource allocation, and supply chain optimization. Focus on long-term growth by identifying actionable tactics and practices to achieve objectives. Establish benchmarks and metrics to assess progress and measure success, collaborating closely with stakeholders throughout the organization.

JOB DETAILS
  • Ensure alignment of all plans with corporate growth objectives (e.g., master plan/MTP, budget, metrics, product pruning).
  • Analyze performance data and highlight key insights.
  • Monitor changes in business and operations to keep plans relevant and effective.
  • Create executive-level summaries, presentations, and analyses that compellingly outline future opportunities, monthly progress on business metrics, project statuses, and general business updates.
  • Work with stakeholders both within and outside the organization to identify and analyze opportunities.
  • Conduct business process analysis and risk assessments of critical functions and information systems.
  • Facilitate core strategy development, large-scale implementation, and process optimization (e.g., risk mitigation, strategic planning).
  • Ensure alignment with financial goals such as revenue, margin, turnover, and optimal inventory management.
  • Prepare and update monthly performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and ad-hoc tracking.
  • Develop tools, manage, and summarize monthly reporting for review by business partners, supporting necessary analyses and business decisions.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, document and distribute meeting minutes, ensure timely completion of action items, and communicate project status while escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers, along with internal and external customers, to understand requirements and develop solutions according to business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experienced facilitator of cross-functional and cross-divisional teams.
  • Strong project management skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as needed.
  • Experience with data and executive content presentation.

  • Familiarity with relevant programs, software, and systems.
  • Experience in business case development.
  • Ability to conduct proposal reviews and prioritize tasks and needs.
  • Knowledge of financial benchmarks.
  • Comfortable managing budget plans and collaborating with teams to achieve goals.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION/LICENSE & WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of experience in various roles, with a focus on data analytics, KPIs, stakeholder management, and project management.
  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation:
  • Base: $82,000 - $92,000 annually (CO), based on specific compensable factors including education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus: This role is eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, where an employee may receive a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their individual performance.
