General Requirements:
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in painting.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, and driving work vehicles.
- Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
- Eagerness to learn basic electrical and handyman skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Familiarity with smartphones and/or tablets.
