Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to guests and team members consistently.
  • Execute tasks autonomously while adhering to company policies.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and ensure follow-up on requests.
  • Conduct cleaning operations as specified in the Green Shield Binder to uphold property standards.
  • Efficiently address repair requests documented in work orders.
  • Perform preventative maintenance checks as necessary.
  • Adhere to the Green Shield Inspection schedule daily to fulfill company expectations.
  • Maintain precise records as detailed in the Green Shield Binder.
  • Organize maintenance equipment and ensure workspaces are tidy and secure.
  • Oversee boiler rooms, electrical rooms, and other designated areas in accordance with standards.
  • Verify that all fire safety apparatus is functional and current.
  • Comply with Extended Stay America safety and security protocols, including OSHA and ADA guidelines.
  • Assist with pool and spa upkeep as per company regulations.
  • Manage emergency situations and vendor communications as instructed by management.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support hotel cleaning initiatives as required.
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness of the property.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
