Staffing Proxy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Audiologist to join their team in a prominent private hearing healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive audiological evaluations, perform specialized tests, and create treatment plans for patients while taking full responsibility for the complete patient journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate hearing function and determine the extent of hearing loss.
  • Develop customized hearing care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
  • Dispense and fit hearing aids, including both custom-fit and ready-to-wear models, ensuring optimal comfort and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support and counseling to patients on hearing aid use, maintenance, and adjustment.
  • Specialize in the fitting and management of advanced hearing aids, offering patients innovative solutions for discreet and hassle-free hearing.

Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist (or eligibility for licensure in the relevant state).
  • Prior experience working in a busy audiology practice or similar clinical setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
