  • Follow the maintenance schedule daily to meet company standards, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records as outlined in the maintenance manual, providing a clear and transparent record of maintenance activities.
  • Organize maintenance tools and keep work areas clean and safe, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Maintain boiler rooms, electric rooms, and other areas according to established standards, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure all fire safety equipment is operational and up-to-date, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Adhere to company safety and security policies, including OSHA and ADA regulations, to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Assist with pool and spa maintenance per company guidelines, ensuring that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle emergencies and vendor communication as directed by management, providing a high level of service and support to guests and associates.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with hotel cleaning tasks as needed, providing support to the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and well-maintained hotel.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, providing a high level of service and support to guests and associates.
