Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct program analysis, focusing on understanding programs, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing remediation strategies.
- Perform malware analysis and reverse engineering to enhance cybersecurity measures.
- Develop resilient networking solutions that align with cyber mission objectives.
- Implement software-defined networking strategies for cyber defense and deception.
- Utilize artificial intelligence techniques, including reasoning, probabilistic inference, and machine learning, to bolster cybersecurity efforts.
- A minimum of 16 years of experience with a BS/BA; 14 years with an MS/MA; or 10 years with a Ph.D.
- Advanced proficiency or fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Proven experience in leading classified cyber and cyber-physical research and development projects.
- Expertise in developing advanced cyber concepts of operations.
- Experience in designing, testing, and operating computer network operations capabilities.
- Background in formulating and researching cyber policy initiatives.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing cleared linguist-analysts and technical personnel.
- A strong desire to continuously learn and stay informed about advancements in the field.
- Proficient in independent problem-solving and proactive in developing innovative solutions.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Active Top Secret Clearance is required.

Compensation Range
The typical salary range for this position is between $190,000 and $304,000, reflecting the expected compensation based on experience and other relevant factors.
