Key Responsibilities:
  • Address direct-to-consumer customer inquiries through email. Your primary areas of focus will include:
    • Order assistance
    • Returns management
    • Customer account inquiries
    • Website navigation support
  • To effectively assist customers, you will utilize our order management and ERP systems, collaborating with our team through a shared communication platform.
  • Play a vital role in iFixit's mission to transform the world.
  • Adapt to and thrive in our fast-paced environment.
  • Inspire a global movement towards repair.
  • Uphold our high-quality standards with meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work in-office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week).
  • Proficiency in general computer applications and software.
  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.
  • Associate's degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
