Customer Engagement Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Address direct-to-consumer customer inquiries through email. Your primary areas of focus will include:
- Order assistance
- Returns management
- Customer account inquiries
- Website navigation support
- To effectively assist customers, you will utilize our order management and ERP systems, collaborating with our team through a shared communication platform.

Qualifications:
- Availability to work in-office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week).
- Proficiency in general computer applications and software.
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.
- Associate's degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

Our initiatives are reshaping the electronics sector, prompting manufacturers to establish repair supply chains.
