Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our Construction Management Group at Stonhard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for site supervision and installation of Stonhard products on projects within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, application teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation and reporting.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction/project management.
