Construction Project Manager

Skanska is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents
- Ensure work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner
- Directly supervise field operations and manage project schedules
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
