About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Coding and Medical Operations Manager at CenterLight Health System. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coding and medical practice operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate with coding staff
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures
  3. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
  4. Manage budgets and finances
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in coding or medical practice office-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of supervision experience
  • Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
