Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at High Hotels Ltd. in Ewing, NJ.

About the Role:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team, as well as managing group room reservations and meeting room arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to SMERF group and meeting room sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Contract group room and event reservations
  • Manage group room reservations from contract agreement to check-in
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operations teams
  • Provide outstanding service and support to assigned clients and accounts
  • Ensure group room reservations are properly managed as contract deadlines approach
  • Attend weekly sales and revenue meetings
  • Attend relevant tradeshows as requested
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality or customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
