What You'll Do

As a Wireless Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving sales excellence by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions
  • Leading, coaching, motivating, and managing the performance goals of team members
  • Collaborating with leadership on strategic action plans to support KPIs
  • Achieving set OSL Targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinating weekly team schedules to secure sufficient staffing across all stores
  • Training teams on all operational guidelines, carriers, and product knowledge
  • On-boarding and off-boarding all employees
  • Participating in all required training, including personal and professional development
  • Contributing to sales initiatives and working side by side with your team when needed
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of retail management experience in wireless or electronics
  • Full-time availability, including days, evenings, and weekends (and holidays)
  • Able to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk for extensive periods
  • Own a vehicle with a valid driver's license and be able to travel to your store(s) during operational hours
  • Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and US employment standards
  • Able to manage budgets, forecast sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
  • Passage of a background check and authorization to access military bases required for this role
