Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to achieve quality, schedule, and productivity goals.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities and work area from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of production plans.
  • Perform troubleshooting on the production line for servers, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and perform changeovers on all equipment on assigned lines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of equipment on assigned lines, scheduling and executing maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with engineering staff to improve line balancing and optimize machine programs, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with CIQ (Customer Inspection and Quality) system, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Participate in the manufacturing floor to maintain visual standards, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Identify and develop potential operators to handle equipment, motivating them to achieve greater throughput, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • General knowledge of electronic component handling.
  • Knowledge of process flows, including flow charts and written processes.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Jabil system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain teamwork.
