**Key Responsibilities**

The Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship is a critical member of the donor relations team at Loyola Marymount University. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative stewardship strategies to engage high-level donors and other key constituents.

**Core Accountabilities**

  • Envision and execute communication plans for key constituents, including custom impact reports, regular updates, and milestone acknowledgments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to produce custom reports and stewardship communications.
  • Manage stewardship plans, strategies, and tactics, and track project status.
  • Oversee the strategic use of ThankView to engage donors and constituents.
  • Maintain and update custom stewardship requests for principal-level donors.
  • Manage programs and recognition for the Centennial Society members.
  • Coordinate with the SVP office and Senior Campaign Director on stewardship events and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Annual Giving and other campus partners on Day of Giving planning and LMU Day of Gratitude.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible office management, administrative duties, bookkeeping, and/or event coordination.
  • Demonstrated computer competency and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of records, correspondence, and administrative support.
  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a team player mindset.
  • Organizational skills for quick turn-around and high-volume periods.

**Salary Range**

$67,500 - $70,000 Annually. Salary offer commensurate with education and experience.
