Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, negotiation, and management. The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure that contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal development to contract close-out.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
