Compensation: $17.5 - $18.28 per hour
Work Schedule: First Shift, 8 AM - 4 PM
Educational Requirement: High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls while delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to program protocols and call center standards.
- Handle emergency situations, including stolen vehicles and roadside assistance inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding vehicle programs and services.
- Build and maintain customer relationships that align with business goals and foster loyalty.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
Essential Functions:
- Work in a smoke-free environment.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Call Center operations.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service roles.
- Strong Active Listening abilities.

- Fluency in Spanish.

- Interpersonal Sensitivity and Empathy.
- Basic Software Proficiency.
