We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Tech Specialist to join our team at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. As a Cardiovascular Tech Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians and other cardiovascular lab personnel in clearing and preparing the Cath Lab room for cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in clearing and preparing the Cath Lab room for next case
- Recognize and record cardiac pressure forms and cardiac thermodynamics parameters
- Perform cardiac thermodynamic calculations and report any abnormal values to the physician
- Review and update procedures logs immediately after each procedure
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Registered Radiographer (ARRT), or State Registered Radiologic Technician certification
- Certificate or vocational school graduate
