We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room Hybrid Radiologic Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical skills to provide exceptional patient care.

About the Role

The Cardiovascular Invasive Laboratory Specialist IV performs a wide range of technical skills, including angiography, preparation, assessment, documentation, and monitoring. This role requires proficiency in all aspects of the Cardiovascular Services department and Hospital Administration.

Responsibilities
  • Performs effectively in procedural roles (circulate, monitor, scrub) required in a therapeutic cardiac laboratory team based on the Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals Scope of Practice.
  • Learns and upgrades skills, utilizing knowledge base to assist with orientation, training, and education of new personnel.
  • Proficiently performs diagnostic and complex coronary interventional procedures, diagnostic and complex electrophysiology procedures, diagnostic and complex peripheral interventional procedures, and/or structural heart procedures.
  • May perform waived and/or non-waived Point of Care Testing.
  • Participates in quality and performance improvement activities with the goal to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology.
  • Experience with Complex Peripheral Interventional Procedures, Electrophysiology Diagnostic and Interventional Procedures, or Structural Heart Procedures.
  • Must possess and maintain ONE of the following: Radiologic Technologist [R.T.(R)].
