About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our team at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be working closely with Physicians and other Cardiovascular Lab personnel to assist in clearing and preparing the Cath Lab room for cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize cardiac pressure forms recorded and cardiac thermodynamics parameters.
  • Perform cardiac thermodynamic calculations and report any abnormal values to the physician.
  • Review and update procedures logs immediately after each procedure.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT), or State Registered Radiologic Technician, or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Certified Cardiographic Technologist.
  • Vocational School Graduate, or Certificate.
