Job Summary

The Executive Chef will focus on culinary excellence and the cafe experience for the Google Food program to support operational excellence. This position directly reports to the Executive Chef and will utilize their extensive experience with international cuisine, hospitality standards, and operational proficiency to supervise routine administrative and operational duties, including financial management and analysis, sanitation, and safety protocols.

This role will be based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The great things you'll do:

  • Follow all menu and production/prep expectations and guides, opening/closing checklist and responsibility guides.
  • Motivate, Train and Develop team members.
  • Assist Executive Chef in ensuring that all products and ingredients that are used are purchased following sector and Food purchasing standards and sustainability commitments.
  • Promote a culture of Food and Workplace Safety
  • Communicate with the Client honestly, accurately and in a timely manner.

What we look for in the perfect candidate:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years kitchen supervisory experience or applicable culinary experience in a similar volume, quality food service establishment,
