Job Summary:

Moe's Southwest Grill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maximizing store sales goals, training and reinforcing food safety procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize store sales goals by participating in marketing programs and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Train and monitor crew members to ensure compliance with food safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring fast, accurate service and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage food and labor costs by implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize product ordering.
  • Manage crew member employees by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to maximize crew retention.
  • Interview and hire team members who share our values and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Proven track record of success in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
