Job Summary:

Carrot Medical is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our medical equipment.

This role will involve performing installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs on high-end medical equipment. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train on various imaging and visual equipment, such as X-Ray and Large Video Integration systems.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in field service or healthcare.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment and diagnostic imaging systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
