We are currently in search of dedicated lifeguards for the upcoming summer season at our residential community. If you are dependable, friendly, enjoy outdoor activities, and are passionate about ensuring the safety of others, we would love to hear from you.

We seek qualified lifeguards to join our esteemed family-friendly community, set in a picturesque wooded area featuring a spacious swimming pool and a shallow kiddie pool.

The pools operate daily, and we offer both full-time and part-time shifts during operational hours. Compensation is commensurate with experience, and we provide flexible day or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

All Lifeguards must possess Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid certifications and be at least 16 years of age. Additional financial incentives are available for those who commit to working through the end of the summer season. Uniforms and necessary equipment will be supplied. Not certified? We will reimburse up to $300 for lifeguard and first aid certification programs for eligible candidates.

Interested candidates should submit a resume detailing their experience, references, and copies of current certifications.

Pay Rate = $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Must hold Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid certifications.
  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Demonstrated swimming ability, physical fitness, endurance, and strength.
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the safety of all swimmers and residents in the pool area.
  • Enforcing facility and safety regulations for residents and guests.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and care of the pool facilities.
  • Interacting courteously with residents and guests, serving as a positive role model for children.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time and part-time shifts available, covering weekends, evenings, and holidays. Shifts include:
    • 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., or split shifts depending on scheduling needs.
    • Part-time positions available (10 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.).
