We are seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at the Anoka-Hennepin School District. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals in aquatic environments.
Key Responsibilities- Implement American Red Cross Lifeguarding protocols to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
- Perform equipment-based rescues and provide post-rescue care.
- Work effectively with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain regular attendance and complete assigned shifts.
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform physical duties as required.
- Current American Red Cross Certificates in Lifeguard Training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
