Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation, review, and approval of contracts, grants, leases, and proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution and administration of all contracts
  • Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with corporate standards
  • Coordinate with agency legal and insurance departments to ensure contract compliance
  • Maintain a database of all contracts, including tracking their status and ensuring they are updated and compliant
  • Maintain and update contract templates as required
  • Train/educate agency staff on policies and procedures related to contracts and contract routing
  • Assist administrators in negotiating contracts as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related business field
  • At least three years' experience in a legal, finance, or contracts review position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
