This role demands a professional who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A minimum of 1+ year of experience in the legal field is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support all stages of the litigation process, from initial discovery to trial preparation.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and factual inquiries.
3. Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests.
4. Organize and maintain case files, manage case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate case developments.
5. Prepare and arrange exhibits and evidence for depositions and trials.
6. Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
7. Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions and formulating trial strategies.
8. Utilize various legal software and technology for litigation support and case management.
9. Uphold the confidentiality of client information in accordance with professional ethics.

Qualifications:
1. At least 1+ year of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, ideally in a law firm setting.
2. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
3. Proficient in legal research tools and litigation support software.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Extensive knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing processes.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. Proven ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
9. Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
