Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Stark Technologies Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and services to our internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for all initial support requests submitted to our support services desk.
  • Evaluate and escalate support incidents as necessary.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, drives, and other devices.
  • Script program installations for Microsoft MDT imaging server.
  • Troubleshoot network and server issues.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain active certifications and training, utilizing team training budget.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor s Degree in related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years relevant support desk work experience required.
  • Network and hardware administration and troubleshooting ability required.
  • PowerShell scripting capabilities required.
  • Microsoft SQL, Cisco, and Schneider Electric s Continuum/EcoStruxure experience preferred.
  • Various product certifications a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal/external clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
