Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Services Specialist to join our team at Stark Technologies Group. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial Support Requests: Quickly and efficiently handle all initial support requests submitted to our support services desk, escalating incidents as necessary.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Perform installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, drives, and other devices.
  • Scripting and Troubleshooting: Script program installations for our Microsoft MDT imaging server and troubleshoot network and server issues.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles to ensure our clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Training and Development: Maintain active certifications and training, utilizing our team training budget to stay current with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Additional Duties: Complete additional duties as assigned by our management team.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years relevant support desk work experience required, including installing and configuring workstation hardware and software packages, telephone (VOIP), and numerous SaaS applications.
  • Technical Skills: Network and hardware administration and troubleshooting ability required, as well as PowerShell scripting capabilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft SQL, Cisco, and Schneider Electric's Continuum/EcoStruxure experience, as well as various product certifications.
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer service skills and a dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of our internal and external clients.
