Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service-Self Storage Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing storage facilities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized solutions
- Manage storage facilities, including daily inspections and inventory management
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a sales environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and walk in/around facilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
