We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service-Self Storage Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing storage facilities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Manage storage facilities, including daily inspections and inventory management
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
  • Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a sales environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and walk in/around facilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
