Financial Transaction Manager

TÜV SÜD America is an equal opportunity employer seeking a skilled Compliance and Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for administering accounts payable processes, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of invoices to our vendors.
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate and process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness, including researching and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Prepare and submit payment runs for approval and processing, adhering to established schedules and internal controls.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our internal business partners and vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in finance or accounting is preferred, along with 3-5 years of related experience using integrated ERP software and MS Office applications.
