The Role

This position is responsible for managing individualized support services, ensuring timely completion of required paperwork, and coordinating daily living support for adults with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be proficient in record management, and have experience working with families and professional service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of ISP documentation, progress notes, and training.
  • Assist mentors in prioritizing areas of emphasis, including medical, social, spiritual, cultural, recreational, nutritional, financial, and educational support.
  • Participate in assessments and complete assigned paperwork as directed by management staff.
  • Serve as On-call support for In-Home Supports programs and conduct Human Rights and Fire Safety Officer trainings annually.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,880 based on 40 hours per week and an hourly rate of $24.50.
