About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at American Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that properties are well-maintained.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance and/or hotel maintenance, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
