About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Kaplan Development Group LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide personal care services, assistance, and support to our residents, while also administering medication within the scope of practice as defined by state.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and transferring
  • Administer medication as prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
  • Support residents with their daily needs, including toileting, feeding, and hydration
Requirements
  • Certified Medication Aide certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move residents as needed
