Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist with audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across various sectors.

• Prepare and assess financial statements while evaluating internal controls.

• Aid in coordinating daily activities related to planning, fieldwork, and finalization.

• Develop realistic time budgets and manage audit requests to adhere to time constraints and client deadlines.

• Mentor and train junior accountants.

• Foster strong client relationships through positive interactions with client personnel.

• Communicate with the Audit Manager regarding work progress and any client-related issues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• 3-5 years of experience in a certified public accounting firm.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

• Professional, motivated, and self-directed.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with others to meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while approaching projects with urgency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Public Accountant or actively pursuing CPA certification.

Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite: AdvanceFlow.

Job Type:
• Full-time

Compensation:
• $85,000 - $95,000.00 annually
