- Engage in outpatient primary care practice during weekdays; one day allocated for remote administrative duties.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians from various specialties, integrated behavioral health experts, community health advocates, nurse practitioners, nurse case managers, and medical leadership.
- Lead a dedicated team consisting of a Registered Nurse and Medical Assistant to ensure quality care is accessible to all patients, regardless of their financial situation.

The Providence Community Health Centers has been serving the community for over five decades

Qualifications and Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, with a strong interest in community health and patient-centered care; Licensed or eligible to practice in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-lingual candidates are highly valued.
