Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage financial transactions, including vehicle title and registration, license plate renewals, and cash handling.
  • Enter data into various computer systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Identify and resolve delinquent accounts, ensuring timely payment and minimizing financial losses.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including balancing cash drawers, filing documents, and maintaining logs of transactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the public and other office personnel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make arithmetic computations and work accurately with numbers.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, providing exceptional support to customers during peak periods.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.18.
  • Signing bonus of $250 for new hires.
  • Probation completion bonus of $500 for successful completion of the probationary period.
  • Retention bonus of $2,000 for employees who establish residency and remain continuously employed for two years.
