About the Role

The Senior Sales Executive role at RFX Inc. is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive business growth in the freight brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including generating leads, making cold calls, and logging all activities in CRM.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage issues that arise before, during, or after transit, and own freight acceptance and commitments to awards and spot opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers to uncover specific needs and behaviors of customers.
  • Closing accounts that drive revenue growth for RFX Inc.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in FTL freight brokerage.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to prospect, close deals, and manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.
  • Intermediate to high experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of the freight market and industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and train new hires, while maintaining independent success.
