Key Responsibilities- Monitor performance reporting for assigned regions/stores to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality standards.
- Collaborate with store and regional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experiences.
- Track and report on operational performance metrics.
- Manage policy and procedure documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Reengineer processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Recommend process improvements for daily operating procedures.
- Review and resolve unassigned HOT leads, store write-off SOs, and open orders.
- Run reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure required training classes are up-to-date and validate forklift certifications.
- Run store inventory reports and reallocate inventory as needed.
- Validate maintenance issues are being handled in a timely manner.
- Review RMA reports and work with store managers to clear open RMAs.
- Actively engage in the OS&D process with store and DC teams.
- Review orders for allocation issues and initiate pullbacks as needed.
- Write SOs, POs, and TOs for inventory corrections and pullbacks.
- Guide stores through physical inventory processes as needed.
- Report on specified metrics on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure stores are operating on current SOPs.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1 year experience in high volume retail setting helpful.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
