Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up procedures, adhering to IICRC standards and Rainbow International's protocols.
  • Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure timely delivery of services, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.
  • Respond to water jobs, initiating water mitigation efforts in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of scope of work and reviewing necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, ensuring they are clean, properly maintained, and readily available for use.
  • Perform marketing tasks to promote additional services and develop new business opportunities, as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
Requirements:
  • Previous restoration and construction experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Proficient in computer software, including word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
