Director of Enterprise Resource Planning

Children's National Health System is seeking a seasoned Director to lead our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define ERP requirements and prioritize initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our ERP systems remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Lead the implementation of ERP systems, overseeing all phases from planning to deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through ERP enhancements.
- Streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies to increase operational efficiency.
- Drive user adoption by providing training and support to employees on ERP systems and best practices.
- Establish data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity within ERP systems.
- Utilize ERP analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Implement data-driven strategies to drive business performance and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure ERP systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data security, system availability, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to safeguard ERP infrastructure and data assets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Required)
- Master's Degree preferred (Preferred)
- 10 years of experience in ERP implementation (Required)
- 3 years of progressive experience in management (Required)
- Proven track record of successful ERP project delivery, including planning, execution, and optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems.
- Experience with ERP modules including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
- Certification in ERP platforms or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
